Webjogger Installs DR Solution for Kingstone Insurance Agency
Kingstone Insurance Agency of Kingston, NY recently retained Webjogger to implement and manage a disaster relief solution for their computer network infrastructure. Using virtualization technology and Webjogger’s data centers, Webjogger implemented a fully redundant solution, reduced Kingstone’s server count by 80%, and significantly streamlined Kingstone’s technology infrastructure which saved energy, lowered costs, and improved productivity. Webjogger’s engineers manage the solution – providing cost-effective expertise, piece of mind, and maximum availability to Kingstone’s critical IT infrastructure.
Webjogger Email vs. Microsoft and Google
Webjogger’s email platform provides greater functionality, ease of use, and cross-platform compatibility than either Microsoft or Google hosted email offerings. Webjogger Email works with Microsoft Outlook, Mac Mail, and/or with any Internet Browser. With mobile device compatability, calendar shares, folders for storing documents, and up to 50GB of space, Webjogger’s email offering is the very best you will find.
For businesses considering replacing their in-house Microsoft Exchange Server – the move to Webjogger’s hosted email will save your organization money (by minimizing the need for on-going support), be more reliable than Microsoft Exchange, and your staff will love its ease of use.
Webjogger’s Solar Array
Since September 2011, Webjogger has been receiving as much as 40% of our power from a solar array which we had installed at our Tivoli Headquarters. Rated at 18kW, our solar array has produced more than 60,000 kWh of power and saved over 50 tons of CO2 since 2011. This continues to save our operation money, shields us against spikes in energy prices, and helps to reduce our reliance on non-renewable energy sources. Pictures of our solar array can be viewed here and here.
